Guest access
Guests will have private access to the entire property aside from two locked owner's closets. Check-in code provided for 4pm arrival.
Other things to note
- No smoking indoors ($1,000 fee). Use designated smoking spots in the front or backyard.
- No parties (more than the number of guests on the booking). Results in $650 deep-cleaning fee and immediate termination without refund.
- Chatham County quiet hours: 11:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m.
- The Airbnb account holder must be present for the entire stay. Third-party bookings may result in $500 fine and immediate termination without refund.
- Pets: $500 fee per animal per day.
- Hurricane season is June 1–November 30. We will work with guests when possible. Airbnb does not consider hurricanes as extenuating circumstances; the host cancellation policy applies. We strongly urge guests to purchase travel insurance with weather-related protection.
