Guest access
Guests will access the property via an electric code. During your stay, the home is fully yours to enjoy. WATCH YOUR STEP as you enter/exit—there's one stair before the front door and garage. Please do not enter the utilities closet in the garage.
Other things to note
- Pool: We aim to keep the pool between 80–85°F (hotel-standard). Temperature is weather-dependent and managed remotely by the host.
- Event fee: $500/day (more than 7 guests on property is considered an "event").
- Deep cleaning fee: $350+. Pets not allowed: $500 per pet per day if they enter the property.
- Early check-in: $50/hour (unless agreed by host). Late check-out: $50/hour (additional laundry fees may apply).
- Smoking inside or on the patio: $350 cleaning fee. Smoking is allowed in the backyard near the BBQ.
- Hurricane season is June 1–November 30. We will work with guests when possible. Airbnb does not consider hurricanes extenuating circumstances; the host cancellation policy applies. We strongly urge guests to purchase travel insurance with weather-related protection.
